slot32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable slot32 policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.
• On receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, slot32 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining verifiable balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which slot32 operates. In the event of any dispute between you and slot32 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact slot32 via the official support channel to seek an informal resolution.
